Within the European Union, the consumer has a cooling-off period of seven working days after the day the goods are received. Once the impressions or prints have been received, we aim to make your item within 10-14 days, but this may be extended during busy periods such as Christmas, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. Deadlines for orders and return of impressions will be advised on the website on such occasions. Certain bespoke items or designs may take longer and delivery times will be advised on receipt of your order. If you would like your order by a certain date, please ask when ordering and we will do our best to meet your requirements where possible.

Completed items will be mailed by Special Delivery next day delivery (before 1pm). For your information, Royal Mail Special Delivery is an insured service and a signature will be required upon delivery.
